Southwest PGA Welcomes Staff Member Adam Andrade

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – November 21, 2025 – The Southwest PGA is pleased to announce the addition of new staff  member Adam Andrade as the Director of the Southern Nevada Chapter PGA.

Andrade will lead the day-to-day operations of the Chapter’s programs and services, ensuring they support and advance the mission and goals of both the Southern Nevada Chapter PGA and the Southwest Section. He will also oversee and coordinate the Chapter’s tournament schedule, managing more than 40 events annually.

His deep ties to the Las Vegas golf community and commitment to growing the game make him an outstanding addition to the Section and specifically the Southern Nevada Chapter."

A native of Hawaii, Andrade is a PGA Associate and most recently served as the Head Golf Professional at Desert Pines Golf Club in Las Vegas, where he oversaw a multi-million-dollar golf operation and led a full spectrum of customer service, budgeting, staffing, and program development initiatives. His expertise in forecasting, revenue analysis, and staff leadership has made him a respected figure within the region’s golf community.

Prior to his time at Desert Pines, Andrade spent three years at Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, where he played an integral role in elevating the member experience. He also played a critical role in junior golf development, driving participation growth of over 400% through creative programming and the strategic implementation of Operation 36. His operational responsibilities extended across tournament management, staff hiring and training, merchandising, and the successful coordination of multiple club departments.

Andrade’s professional foundation was built at Las Vegas National Golf Club, where he gained vital experience in customer service, tournament operations, and golf shop management. His unique entrepreneurial background, having founded and operated a successful Portland-based Hawaiian food business featured nationally on the Cooking Channel, highlights his versatility, marketing acumen, and ability to grow organizations from the ground up.
