PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) is the flagship military program of PGA REACH, designed to introduce golf to Veterans with disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.
The success of PGA HOPE is based upon the collaborative efforts between PGA REACH, the PGA Sections & their PGA Professionals, the newly partnered U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, local Veteran Administration hospitals, as well as the host site where PGA expert instruction aligns with building friendships. The lifetime sport of golf has proven to be an excellent activity for competition and rehabilitation, while enabling Military Veterans to assimilate back into their community through the social interaction the game provides.
