EVENT:
The Arizona Senior Open is a 54-hole stroke play event with a cut. In the event of a tie for first place, there will be a hole by hole playoff to determine the winner immediately following the last stipulated round. Professionals will earn prize money, amateurs will receive gift certificates redeemable at the Verde River golf shop.

ELIGIBILITY:
This championship is open to all professionals, and amateurs that are at least 50 years of age by May 8, 2023.

DISTANCE-MEASURING DEVICES:
Distance-Measuring devices are permitted in the Arizona Senior Open.

PRACTICE ROUNDS:
Please contact the host facility to schedule a practice round.

STARTING TIMES & GROUPINGS:
Contestants shall be responsible for their starting times and groupings. All starting times and groupings will be listed online as well as emailed to all players once they are finalized. Starting times will also be available by calling the host facility.

DRESS CODE:
Competitors may wear slacks or appropriate golf shorts in this championship. Cargo shorts are not considered appropriate golf shorts.

CONDUCT:
While on host facility property during qualifying rounds; players and caddies shall conduct themselves in a professional manner. All players MUST abide by the Southwest PGA Tournament Rules & Regulations listed on the Southwest PGA website. The Southwest PGA reserves the right to remove a player from the competition for; non competitiveness; conduct unbecoming a professional by the player and conduct unbecoming a professional by the players’ caddie.
